Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals Ireland Limited is seeking an experienced Global Accounts Payable Senior Analyst to support the AP function during a period of transformation. The role partners with on‑shore and off‑shore teams to ensure timely invoice processing, maintain controls, and drive P2P improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong AP experience, analytical skills, and advanced Excel capabilities in a global, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience in a shared services or outsourced service delivery environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and financial processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Treasury, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily global AP operations and act as a liaison between Jazz stakeholders and the AP BPO provider.
• Monitor AP workflows and resolve invoice processing, payment, supplier, and accounting issues.
• Support management of AP SLAs and KPIs.
• Investigate and resolve invoice exceptions, blocked invoices, duplicate payments, aging items, and vendor inquiries.
• Partner with Procurement Operations to support Source-to-Pay improvements.
• Maintain AP policies, procedures, and internal control narratives.
• Analyze AP data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
