Job summary

HARVEY in Dublin is seeking a Global Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to lead a high‑volume, multinational AP operation. The role focuses on accuracy, process automation, and scalable controls across multiple entities and currencies.

You will own end‑to‑end AP activities from invoice processing to reconciliations, partnering with Procurement, Tax, Treasury, IT, and business stakeholders. A strong track record in ERP/P2P systems and AI‑driven improvements is essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on international AP experience including VAT/GST, multi-entity and multi-currency AP and global payments.
• Demonstrated ability to redesign workflows, automate processes, and own end‑to‑end AP improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on execution across the global AP process, including invoice processing, multi-entity and multi-currency transactions, VAT/GST handling, and reconciliations.
• Support and execute global payment cycles to ensure timely, accurate, and secure payments.
• Map end-to-end AP and procure-to-pay processes and redesign workflows for scale.
• Configure AP across Zip, NetSuite, and connected systems with IT/business teams.
• Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities to reduce manual handling while maintaining controls.
• Establish AP performance metrics and clear documentation for global standards.
