Job summary

CAI in Ireland seeks a Global Director, Accounts Payable and Procurement to lead the global Procure-to-Pay finance process, own AP and procurement operations, and drive policy, controls, and vendor governance across multiple countries.

You will partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury, and IT, oversee PO governance, invoice workflow, and payment execution, and steer shared services performance and ERP-enabled controls while supporting acquisitions and ensuring accurate, timely payments and reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years in procurement, AP, or finance leadership across multiple countries.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement workflows, and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish global procurement and AP policies and controls across countries.
• Own the global procure-to-pay process from intake to payment.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury, and IT to ensure compliance and system alignment.
• Lead centralization and automation of procurement and AP processes.
• Manage shared services performance and vendor-related controls.
• Support integration of acquired entities into company policies.
