Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented language reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects from Ireland. You will review prompts and outputs, ensure cultural relevance, and provide structured annotations.

This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible hours, focusing on quality and consistency across textual and multimedia content. Ideal candidates are native English speakers with experience in AI review, able to follow detailed guidelines and deliver accurate feedback.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to categorize content accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review prompts and AI outputs or generate original content as assigned.
• Provide culturally relevant content using local context and market fit.
• Identify issues such as translation errors, tone inconsistencies or cultural mismatches.
• Produce concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Follow guidelines and participate in QA and calibration processes.
