Job summary

Lilt is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers in Ireland to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will review prompts and outputs, assess text and multimedia content, and contribute voice recordings as needed.

Work is independent, with no fixed hours, and compensation is competitive for flexible freelance roles. Applicants should have native language fluency and experience in AI review or annotation, plus the ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.

• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver culturally relevant and appropriate content by applying local insight.
• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs across tasks.
• Spot issues such as translation errors, cultural mismatches, or artefacts.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Participate in calibration and QA processes to ensure scoring consistency.
