Job summary

Kraken is building its Consumer Growth team to own and scale the global affiliate and KOL strategy. We seek a senior operator to directly own affiliate execution in North America and influence partnerships across LATAM, Europe and APAC as the team grows.

This role is senior, autonomous and hands-on, focusing on funded customers, long-term value, and mitigating channel risk while collaborating with regional teams and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Owning and scaling an affiliate programme end-to-end.
• Commercial judgement across CPA, revenue share, and incentives.
• Sourcing, negotiating, and growing direct partner relationships.
• Interrogating partner, funnel, cohort and retention data with Data.
• International offers and regulatory adaptation experience.
• Practical command of affiliate tracking, attribution, and fraud controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the global affiliate programme across Kraken and Krak.
• Build direct relationships with affiliates, publishers, and KOLs.
• Segment the portfolio by audience, market and quality; design terms.
• Hands-on management through onboarding, offers and retention.
• Work with Data to create cohort views and tests for growth.
• Protect the channel from brand bidding and fraud with Compliance.
