Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Senior Performance Creative to concept, produce and ship paid creative for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Paid static is central, but you will also ideate and create performance video and treat gen AI as a core production method, taking a project to multi-market assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance creative at high-volume in-house teams or agencies, ideally fintech, crypto, gaming or regulated sectors.
• A portfolio proving it, including two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated piece and a test-driven concept with data insights.
• Layout, hierarchy, typography and composition that work at thumbnail size, in feed and across languages.
• Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube with language for different builds.
• Real video skills from concept to finished cut with sound design.
• Strong command of gen AI video and image tooling with shipped work.
• Experience in a structured creative testing program and ability to translate results into creative decisions.
• Fluency in internet and meme culture with timing and relevance.
• Ability to work fast with multiple rounds and late changes while maintaining quality.
• Comfort operating within regulatory constraints and risk-appropriate layouts.
• Solid copywriting instinct emphasizing clear value without hype.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop) and genAI.
• Curiosity about investing and crypto to make the space legible.

Responsibilities

• Own paid static for Kraken Consumer across launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
• Build creative for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X with platform-specific specs.
• Concept and cut performance video across formats, from 9:16 to 1:1 and 4:5.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video and imagery and know when AI helps or hinders.
• Bring ideas to briefs and craft culturally timely, internet-native concepts that become pillars.
• Version and localize at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements.
• Design creative that's test-ready; own test design, cadence and readouts and iterate.
• Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams for approvals without killing the idea.
• Maintain high craft and clean files so others can reuse and build on your work.
