Job summary

Kraken is hiring an On-chain Product Manager to define and execute strategy across Pro and Consumer segments. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Partnerships to deliver modular, user-friendly on-chain experiences.

You will own the roadmap, measure success with data, and iterate rapidly to expand capabilities within the on-chain ecosystem. The role requires strong stakeholder leadership and a consumer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• On-chain experience is required, with familiarity across the ecosystem preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to align competing priorities.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination across engineering, design, growth, security, and ops.
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused product mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Kraken’s on-chain hybrid product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Pro and Consumer.
• Shape the broader on-chain hybrid roadmap and align across teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations.
• Partner with internal and ecosystem partners to evaluate integrations and expand capabilities.
• Simplify complex on-chain experiences to be intuitive and accessible for users.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Define key product metrics and drive improvements through data and experiments.
