Job summary

Barden | B Corp is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function, reporting to the CFO and partnering with the leadership team. This role focuses on ownership of financial reporting, controls, audit and compliance while building a high-performing team during a growth phase.

You will drive month-end and year-end processes, oversee external audits and lead improvements across finance systems and controls in a predominantly onsite capacity.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 8+ years PQE.
• Strong financial reporting and control experience, ideally in a group setting.
• Manufacturing experience is essential.

We're currently exclusively partnering with a successful and evolving organisation to appoint a Group Financial Controller.

This is a rare opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys combining strong technical expertise with genuine business partnering. Working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping the finance function, supporting strategic decision-making and helping the business navigate its next phase of growth.

You'll take ownership of financial reporting, controls, audit and compliance activities while leading a talented team and building strong relationships across the organisation.
