Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Ireland is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function and partner with the CFO on strategic growth. You will own group accounting, reporting, controls, and audit, while developing a high-performing finance team in a predominantly onsite environment.

Reporting to the CFO and collaborating with operations, you will drive process improvements, strengthen financial systems, and support key business decisions with robust financial insight and governance.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 8 years PQE.
• Strong financial reporting and control experience in a group setting.
• Manufacturing experience is essential.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

We're currently exclusively partnering with a successful and evolving organisation to appoint a Group Financial Controller.

This is a rare opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys combining strong technical expertise with genuine business partnering. Working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping the finance function, supporting strategic decision-making and helping the business navigate its next phase of growth.

You'll take ownership of financial reporting, controls, audit and compliance activities while leading a talented team and building strong relationships across the organisation.
