Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Mid-Market Protect Account Executive who speaks German to drive new business and manage strategic mid-market accounts in the EMEA region. You will prospect, qualify, and close complex deals using phone and video conversations, aligning solutions with customer needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value, forecast accurately, and achieve aggressive quarterly quotas while navigating a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or lead follow-up in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record selling enterprise class solutions over the phone or video.
• Strong grasp of the sales process and complex deal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage opportunities and relationships with key accounts via phone and video.
• Develop opportunities in mid-market segments and expand within accounts.
• Follow Value Selling to win new business and renew contracts.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales, and Partners to progress deals.
• Provide timely forecasts and territory plans to management.
