The role focuses on high-volume outbound sales, prospecting, and generating qualified opportunities. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outbound B2B sales, strong communication, and the confidence to engage senior decision-makers in German and English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound B2B or lead generation.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (C1+).
• Experience in high-volume outbound calling environment.
• Proven KPI achievement in sales roles.
• CRM experience with HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to German- and English-speaking markets.
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers via proactive prospecting.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches in German and English.
• Research target companies and decision-makers for opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activities and leads.
• Meet or exceed daily call targets, bookings, and KPIs.
• Handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
• Execute multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with sales team to improve outreach strategies.
