Company Information and Introduction

Caragh Precision are leaders in the Manufacture of Precision Engineered Products for the Medical Device Industry, specialising in Orthopaedics, Structured Heart and Vascular Access Products.

We work closely with Medical Device Manufacturers assisting in all stages of the product lifecycle from concept realisation to volume Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

To assist in basic production, quality, and etching-specific tasks in a regulated medical device environment. Complete tasks and where applicable, operate etching equipment and associated machinery under supervision while following documented procedures and maintaining awareness of quality and compliance expectations.

Complete assigned tasks on time and as instructed, ensuring accuracy and quality with minimal errors.

Work well within a team to achieve a common goal and contribute individual skill and effort to achieve assigned tasks.

Identify simple problems and apply basic logical thinking to find straightforward solutions.

Highlight areas of improvement and enhance efficiency and quality by applying basic lean principles.

Basic understanding and familiarity with company products, processes and customers. Execute work-related tasks with the end customer in mind.

Express simple ideas and information clearly through speaking and writing in English, coupled with the capability of listening to and understanding information from others including compliance documentation and training. Ability to read and understand SOPs, work instructions and drawings written in English.

Input and review information on relevant data systems. Where applicable, use relevant data systems to create, edit and review documents.

Accurately handle and work with small, precision components, ensuring care and attention to detail.

Follow established etching processes and work instructions to ensure accurate and traceable product making.
