Job summary

Caragh Precision Ltd. is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our Galway facility located in Parkmore. The role offers 20 hours per week, with Sundays and two weekdays; some shifts may be in the morning or evening.

You will clean production floors, offices, canteen and toilets to high standards, following supervisor instructions and using proper PPE. Flexibility and good English are essential for this on-site position.

Responsibilities

It has over 100 CNC Machining Centres and assists in all stages of the product lifecycle from concept realisation to manufacturing. Based in Parkmore Galway, it specialises in Cardiovascular, Structural Heart and Orthopaedics.

Role Description

We are seeking a part‑time Cleaner to work 20 hours per week on Sunday and 2 week days. Some hours may be in the morning or evening.

Main Duties

• Cleaning various part of a medical device company to the required standards, including the production floor, offices, canteen and toilets.
• Complete all tasks in accordance with instructions provided by a supervisor or manager on site.
• To ensure correct materials and equipment are in stock (in the absence of a site supervisor).
• To ensure that correct cleaning methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
• Ensure compliance with and actively promote Health and Safety at work.
• Ensure all PPE is worn where applicable.
• Report any accidents and incidents to the site supervisor/area manager.
