Job summary

Apleona is seeking a General Operative Supervisor for our Dublin 15 facility. The role involves overseeing daily GO services, supervising operatives, and ensuring adherence to SLAs, GMP, and safety standards. You will coordinate rosters, inductions, and training, while supporting the Site Lead with audits and reporting.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential. The position follows a Monday–Friday pattern with day shifts and potential night shift flexibility as

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within facilities, industrial, or pharmaceutical environments desirable.
• Good working knowledge of GMP standards and Health & Safety procedures.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Experience in scheduling and planning work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of GO services on site to ensure they meet SLAs and specifications.
• Supervise and support General Operatives, managing task allocation, monitoring performance, and ensuring productivity and quality.
• Assist the Site Lead with site inspections, audits, and reporting on service standards.
• Coordinate staff rosters, annual leave, and provide cover for absences as needed.
• Conduct staff inductions and ongoing training, ensuring adherence to procedures including GMP, RAMS, SPA’s and PPE.
