SAP Landscapes in Cork City Area is hiring a General Operative to join the Landscapes Department. The role involves outdoor work, use of machinery, and daily physical exertion with a Monday–Friday schedule and early start times. Training and progression opportunities are provided by the company.

Position: General Operative (Landscapes Department) Contract: Full Time/Permanent Reporting to: Contracts Manager Location: Cork City Area

This role will involve the use of machinery and equipment and will include physical exertion (manual handling etc.) on a daily basis.

This job description outlines some of the duties and responsibilities that are associated with your role but it is by no means an exhaustive list and may be amended as the management of the company directs.

Duties Include:

• Lawn care – mowing, strimming and edging.
• Shrub and hedge pruning and maintenance.
• Tree maintenance.
• Weed control and herbicide application.
• Litter and debris collection.
• Seeding and turfing of lawns.
• Paving/light civil works.
• Tree and shrub planting.
• Ad hoc duties.
