We are seeking an exceptional and commercially driven General Manager to lead our Lexus and Toyota dealership operation in Dublin. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering outstanding business performance, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the dealership, ensuring operational excellence across vehicle sales, aftersales, finance, customer experience, and people development while maintaining the high standards associated with two of the world's most respected automotive brands.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
Lead all dealership operations, including New Vehicle Sales, Used Vehicle Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Finance & Insurance, and Customer Experience.
Deliver agreed sales volumes, market share, and profit targets across Lexus and Toyota franchises.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where required.
Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Champion a customer-first culture that reflects the premium Lexus and Toyota brand values.
Drive industry-leading customer satisfaction and retention scores.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership operating procedures.
Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing management team and dealership staff.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Create an environment where people thrive and deliver exceptional results.
Ensure efficient and profitable dealership operations across all departments.

Work closely with manufacturer representatives and key stakeholders to maximise business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Significant senior management experience ( preferably within the automotive retail sector ).
Proven success as a General Manager, Dealer Principal, Head of Business, or Senior Departmental Leader.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with responsibility for P&L management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of current automotive market trends, including electrification and evolving consumer expectations.
A customer-focused mindset combined with strategic thinking and operational discipline.
