Job summary

Popeyes Ireland is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume QSR operation in Dublin. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant performance, including sales, labour, food cost, QA, and brand standards, while driving a strong guest experience and team development.

Lead recruitment, develop succession plans, optimise stock and rosters, and ensure compliance with food safety and employment laws. A dynamic, fast-paced environment with clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Essentials: 3+ years experience in managerial role in hospitality.
• Desirables: strong communication, hospitality and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, incl P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards.
• Develop and lead the team to grow their careers and unleash potential.

• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target.

What You Will Bring to the Table

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all time
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future talent
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
