Job summary

Popeyes UK Chicken & Pizza Ltd is seeking a General Manager in Ireland to lead a high-volume branded restaurant. You will own P&L, drive sales, and ensure top-tier food safety and guest experience. The role requires strong team leadership, recruitment, and operational excellence.

You’ll manage performance, costs, and schedules while building a positive culture and delivering exceptional results for guests and the brand. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target
• Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets, and peak trade
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action
• Bring the Fun and keep the energy high, the service smooth, and the culture poppin’
