Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I in Ireland is seeking a Shift Manager to be at the heart of the action—leading your team during busy service and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

You will run pre-shift briefings, coach staff, uphold food safety and compliance standards, and take accountability for smooth shifts. This role offers flexible shifts, staff benefits, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or retail (≤140 chars).
• Confidence in managing compliance and food safety standards (≤140 chars).
• Strong communication and people skills to motivate the team (≤140 chars).
• Ability to stay calm and lead under fast-paced service (≤140 chars).
