Popeyes Louisiana Chicken Ireland is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume restaurant. You’ll drive team performance, guest experience and consistent food quality while partnering with the GM to deliver strong results.

We’re looking for a proven leader with experience in branded QSR, with a track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L and coaching talent. This role offers development opportunities and a dynamic, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and ability to develop future leaders.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Adaptable and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver outstanding food quality, speed of service and guest experience.
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals.
• Ensure full team compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment legislation.
