Responsabilités

• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the premises.
• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating tasks.
• Carry out minor repairs to fixtures, fittings, doors and equipment.
• Identify maintenance issues and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
• Complete routine checks around the building and external areas.
• Support the upkeep of storage, staff and customer areas.
• Liaise with external contractors when specialist work is required.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-presented environment.
• Respond to maintenance issues as they arise.
• Follow all relevant health and safety procedures.

We are currently recruiting an experienced and hands-on General Maintenance Person for a busy retail premises in Balbriggan.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong general maintenance background who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and can confidently manage day-to-day repairs and upkeep across a busy site.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the premises
