Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior GBS strategist and operating-model architect for the Finance Reinvention Partner in Ireland. You will work directly with C-suite leaders to define enterprise services, determine global process ownership, and design scalable target operating models across retained teams, GCCs, and external providers.

Qualifications

• End-to-end GBS strategy and operating-model experience.
• Captive, outsourced and hybrid delivery-model experience.
• Multi-tower GBS depth across Finance, HR, IT, Data & Analytics.
• Service scope and activity-placement judgement.
• Target operating-model design with governance and roles.
• Business-case and value-realisation capability.
• Technology and data fluency for ERP and analytics.
• AI-enabled operating-model judgement and governance.
• Risk, control and resilience understanding.
• Executive and commercial leadership with C-suite credibility.
• Industry experience in Consumer Goods/Utilities/Energy or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state GBS diagnostic with evidence-based portfolio view.
• Define enterprise GBS ambition, scope and measures of success.
• Design target service scope and activity-placement model.
• Develop overarching GBS target operating model and governance.
• Evaluate delivery models: captive, outsourced, hybrid and managed-service.
• Define technology, data, automation and AI enablement for the model.
• Develop economic and value-case including cost-to-serve and benefits.
• Establish governance architecture and performance measures.
• Shape implementation roadmap and sequencing for transformation.
• Lead senior client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
