• Eye for detail, with pragmatism and vision

Responsibilities

• Advise boards and executive teams on transforming operating models to drive growth, productivity, and agility.
• Design and activate operating models across enterprise structure, governance, and capability-building.
• Support cross-functional execution through humans and AI and benchmark key metrics such as costs and team sizes.
