Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager in construction projects.

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams for efficient delivery.
• Ensure works are safe, on programme and high quality.
• Interpret drawings, specs and contract documents.
• Monitor progress and project sequencing.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and stakeholders.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture on site.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve technical and construction issues as they arise.
