• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, including pricing, negotiation, and appointment.
• Prepare and submit interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and track financial performance against budget.
• Support the commercial management of projects to ensure cost efficiency.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify and report on potential risks and opportunities.
