Job summary

Quasar is seeking an HR Manager for our Galway site. The role partners with site leadership to align people strategies with business goals, focusing on talent management, compensation, workforce planning and employee engagement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have strong HRBP experience, expertise in compensation and talent management, and a solid understanding of Irish employment legislation.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years HR experience with HRBP or leadership roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or operational environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting salary benchmarking and compensation management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Leader and management to develop people strategies.
• Advise leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and retention.
• Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives aligned with company values.
• Oversee annual performance management cycle and development planning.
• Collaborate with managers on career development and internal talent pipelines.
• Lead compensation and rewards activities including salary benchmarking and reviews.
• Maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with Irish law and company standards.
