Kepak Group invites graduates to join the Energy Usage Graduate Programme 2027 across Kepak locations in Ireland. In this role you will gain hands-on experience, rotate through sites, and contribute to real energy efficiency projects under expert mentorship.

You will lead energy initiatives, map energy use, and support the development of a 5-year energy plan aligned with Origin Green and SBTi, while developing practical skills in EMS management and water stewardship.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Open to graduates from all disciplines.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management: Keen to learn how to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers and Excel; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy leadership and drive efficiency across sites with guidance from senior team members.
• Develop and manage a 5-year energy plan aligned with Origin Green & SBTI.
• Manage Water Stewardship Strategy to integrate sustainability into operations.
• Create site energy maps to optimise energy flow and consumption.
• Learn to manage and optimise Energy Management Systems (EMS).
• Lead weekly site energy management meetings and represent Midlands sites.
• Drive continuous improvements in energy usage and sustainability practices.
• Support delivery of energy and water reduction projects with measurable results.
