Job summary

You will develop and implement H&S management systems, gain exposure to site operations and collaborate with group safety teams across Kepak's sites in Ireland and the UK. The programme includes practical training, site rotations, and progression paths within Kepak.

Responsibilities

• Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement Health and Safety practices and policies on the site.
• Safety Personnel: Support Site Risk Management teams and chair Site Safety meetings.
• Risk Assessment: Assist business units with Risk Assessments and internal audit processes.
• Audits: Perform regular safety audits and report breaches to the Site Manager.
• Liaison: Liaise with HSA and other agencies on Health & Safety matters.
