Kepak Group is offering the Commercial Graduate Programme 2027 in Ireland. Graduates will rotate through factory floor operations, then move into sales and account management roles to understand the full product lifecycle from production to customer delivery.

You will travel to customer sites across Ireland and the UK, build relationships, and develop commercial acumen through hands-on projects, with a two-year development plan and a dedicated mentor. Start date: September 6th 2027.

Qualificações

• Experience in food service, FMCG, or related industry is beneficial but not required.
• Strong abilities in account management, channel strategies, and commercial analysis.
• Understanding of pricing, margins, and costings in the sales process.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and deliver bespoke solutions.
• Lead sales activities from prospecting to closing deals.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies.
• Oversee implementation of sales and marketing plans.
• Represent Kepak at industry events.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in sales and operations.
