Kepak Group is offering the Energy Usage Graduate Programme for 2027 across several Kepak sites in Ireland. The role provides hands-on experience in energy management, with training and mentorship to build a career in sustainability. Start date is September 6, 2026, with a starting salary of €33,500 and potential €1,500 raise in Year 2.

You will rotate across sites, contribute to energy efficiency projects, and learn to manage EMS while developing a long-term career in the meat industry.”

Formación

• Educational Background: Open to graduates from all disciplines.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people of different nationalities and backgrounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead energy leadership across sites to drive efficiency.
• Develop and manage a 5-year energy plan aligned with Origin Green & SBTI.
• Manage the Water Stewardship Strategy and ensure sustainability is at the core of operations.
• Develop and manage site energy maps to optimise energy flow and consumption.
• Learn to manage and optimise Energy Management Systems (EMS).
• Lead weekly site energy management meetings and represent Midlands sites in monthly meetings.
• Drive incremental improvements in energy consumption and support delivery of energy and water reduction projects.
