Job summary

Solance, a tech-enabled EMI, is seeking a Client Director to build and own the Fund Services business. You will open doors with asset managers, fund administrators, CSPs, and advisers, converting relationships into a robust pipeline, with the freedom of a founder in a tech-enabled environment.

Based in Dublin or regularly visiting, you will leverage an international network across the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, travel as needed, and shape the brand from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in fund services environments.
• Active network across fund admins, CSPs, law firms and advisers.
• Able to discuss fund structuring and talk to asset managers and their advisers.

Responsibilities

• Open doors with asset managers, fund administrators, CSPs and advisers; build trust and convert relationships into a real pipeline.
• Own the client relationships from first contact through growth, acting with founder-like freedom.
• Shape and lead Solance Fund Services’ market entry, branding, and growth in line with company strategy.
• Travel frequently to meet clients and partners, with regular presence in the Dublin office.
