Job summary

Solance seeks a Client Director for Private Client & Wealth structures to open doors, build trust, and convert relationships into a robust pipeline. You will own the niche and drive the Private Client brand with founder-level autonomy, supported by a tech-enabled EMI.

You’ll operate across jurisdictions, maintaining discretion and credibility with advisers and principals, and travel to client sites. Dublin-based with extensive travel involved.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years’ experience in a Private Client environment (CSP, advisory, banking).
• Genuine specialisation in private clients and wealth.
• Active network of CSPs, fiduciaries, introducers, advisers and bankers.
• Skilled in structuring, substance and how international private wealth is organised.
• Builder's mentality: hungry, self-starting, and results driven.
• International, multilingual preferred; English essential.

• Own the Private Client niche, shape the Solance brand, and run it with founder-level autonomy.
• Collaborate with advisers and principals, and travel to client sites as needed.
