Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) in Dublin is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to support fund risk oversight and regulatory reporting. You will work with senior management and external stakeholders to identify, investigate and resolve risk issues across UCITS and AIF frameworks.

The role offers engagement with fund boards, governance, and performance of investment funds under management, with a focus on ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in UCITS and/or EU AIF frameworks.
• Understanding of AIFM and UCITS regulatory requirements.
• Strong ability to interpret complex financial data for stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Investment Compliance Oversight: monitor funds, review exception/breach reports, assess materiality and impact.
• Regulatory Reporting: prepare, review, and oversee regulatory submissions and disclosures.
• Stakeholder liaison: communicate with Investment Managers, Administrators and Depositaries to address breaches and remediation.
