Job summary

FundRock Management Company (Ireland) Limited is seeking a proactive Investment Compliance role to oversee UCITS and AIF fund compliance. You will monitor, investigate breaches, and work with investment managers and depositaries to remediate issues.

The role also covers regulatory reporting support and coordination across fund governance, requiring strong communication with senior management and fund boards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in UCITS and/or EU AIF frameworks.
• Finance or quantitative degree with certification/progress towards FRM/PRM/CFA/CAIA.
• Understanding of AIFM and UCITS regulatory frameworks, especially risk management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing investment compliance across UCITS and AIF funds; investigate breaches and coordinate remediation with managers and custodians.
• Support regulatory reporting preparations, reviews, and submissions for funds and the management company.
