Apex Group is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to support investment compliance oversight for UCITS and AIF funds. The role involves engaging with external and internal stakeholders to investigate breaches and ensure governance across fund risk management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in UCITS and/or EU AIF frameworks.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with stakeholders.
• Self-starter with detail-oriented and pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investment compliance across UCITS and AIF funds; review breach reports and assess materiality.
• Liaise with Investment Managers, Administrators and Depositaries on breaches and remedial actions.
• Support periodic reviews of investment restrictions and compliance monitoring arrangements.
• Assist in implementing internal Fund Risk Management framework for new products and launches.
• Prepare risk reporting for fund boards and the management company to meet governance obligations.
