Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search seeks an experienced Operations Oversight professional to support the Head of Operations in maintaining a robust governance and outsourcing framework for a regulated Irish UCITS Management Company.

You will oversee outsourced functions, monitor fund operations including NAV production and reconciliations, and coordinate regulatory reporting. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and continuous improvement within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Asset Management Operations or UCITS Management Companies.
• Strong knowledge of UCITS operations, outsourced provider oversight and fund accounting.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and fund lifecycle events.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or automation tools are advantageous.
• A relevant degree and professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CFA/CISI/FRM or equivalent) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced service providers across Fund Administration, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Custody and Depositary.
• Monitor NAV production, valuation oversight, reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Support outsourcing governance via due diligence, KPI/SLA monitoring, risk assessments and Board reporting.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting (EMIR, SFTR, PRIIPs, EMT/EPT) and fund lifecycle events.
• Drive operational risk management, process improvements, and management reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote governance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced service providers, including Fund Administration, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Custody and Depositary functions.
• Monitor fund operations, including NAV production, valuation oversight, reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Support the outsourcing governance framework through due diligence, KPI/SLA monitoring, risk assessments and Board reporting.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting (including EMIR, SFTR, PRIIPs, EMT/EPT) and support fund lifecycle events such as launches, mergers and liquidations.
• Drive operational risk management, resilience, process improvements, automation initiatives and management reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting a culture of governance and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years' experience in Asset Management Operations, Fund Administration, Depositary, Custody, Middle Office or a UCITS Management Company.
• Strong knowledge of UCITS operations, outsourced service provider oversight, fund accounting and operational risk.
