Job summary

EMPOWERMENT is partnering with a leading Investment Manager to hire a Funds/Investment Management professional with demonstrable fund fees experience for an initial 12-month contract in Dublin city centre.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, oversee fund-related expenses and client fees, and take ownership of key reporting processes to meet SLAs. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Funds/Investment Management in oversight or operational role.
• Strong understanding of Fund Expenses (TER, Management & Performance fees).
• Strong understanding of Fund structures and UCITS/AIF regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams delivering oversight on all fund expenses and client fees.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on onboarding of new clients and service providers.
• Own key reporting processes to ensure accuracy and meet SLAs.
• Lead by example in driving process improvements and efficiencies.

My client, a leading Investment Manager, is seeking a talented Funds/Investment Management professional with demonstrable experience on fund fees to join their team on an initial 12-month contract (high likelihood of permanent).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onshore, and offshore, teams delivering best-in-class levels of oversight on all fund related expenses & client fees
• Partner with key internal stakeholders on the onboarding of new clients and service providers
• Take ownership of key reporting processes ensuring accuracy and meeting of SLA's
• Lead by example in driving process improvements and gaining efficiencies

Experience

• Minimum of 7+ years in Funds/Investment Management in Oversight or operational role
• Strong understanding of Fund Expenses (TER, Management & Performance fees) essential
• Strong understanding of Fund structures and regulatory requirements across UCITS, AIFs
