Job summary

LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited is seeking a driven financial services professional to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent placement upon completion. The role covers financial and regulatory reporting for a diverse portfolio of private equity entities across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will assist in audits, year-end reporting, regulatory submissions and ad hoc fund administration projects, leveraging IFRS accounting

Qualifications

• Business related third level qualification.
• ACCA/ACA/CAIA etc. completion or in progress.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong planning and prioritization in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience using IFRS accounting standards; US GAAP and LUX GAAP also beneficial.
• Computer literate and competent with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of audit for 200+ private equity entities
• Preparation and review of year end and semi-annual financial statements
• Assist in the coordination of multi-jurisdictional administrator ISAE 3402 controls report
• Preparation of financial reports for board packs and management and review of the financial data inputs
• Preparation, filing and query management for regulatory returns across various jurisdictions
• Interaction and resolution of queries with various stakeholders; clients, depositaries, auditors, regulators, etc.
• Assist in various ad hoc projects in fund administration

Job Description LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited provides fund administration services to mainly private equity funds and currently employs 70 people. The Company is looking to add a highly motivated financial services professional to join a dedicated team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition to a permanent position upon successful completion of the contract. The successful applicant will be responsible for the financial reporting and regulatory reporting for a broad range of regulated and unregulated private equity companies across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of audit for 200+ private equity entities
• Preparation and review of year end and semi-annual financial statements
• Assist in the coordination of multi-jurisdictional administrator ISAE 3402 controls report
• Preparation of financial reports for board packs and management and review of the financial data inputs

Requirements
