LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Operations Analyst to join our Dublin Operations team.

The role focuses on invoice and GL processing, invoice preparation and review, and payment review and release activities, with opportunities to contribute to broader fund operations workstreams across locations. You will join an international, multi-locational team that values ownership, quality, continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• University graduate in business, finance, accounting or related area with 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in financial services, fund operations, payments, invoice processing, or fund accounting.
• Strong understanding of invoice workflows, GL coding, payment processing or related controls.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, control-oriented approach under time pressure.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with operational systems, data and documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and process invoices for funds with accurate allocation and documentation.
• Support GL-related processing: booking, validation and reconciliation of invoice entries.
• Review and release payments per four-eyes controls and cut-off requirements.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, billing and payment queries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and approval trails; perform quality checks and reconciliations.
• Collaborate across Dublin, Bendern and other locations to drive process improvements across FM Ops.
