Job summary

BNY in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Senior Associate to lead the Fund Accounting team responsible for daily NAV calculations in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with internal teams, analyse fund movements, manage leave and performance, and drive improvements aligned with our strategy.

Applicants should have Fund Accounting experience, Enterprise Invest One, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fund Accounting within Operations.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of the components of NAV calculations.
• Knowledge of UK OEICs and Luxembourg SICAVs is advantageous.
• Skilled in critically analysing NAV Production for escalation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in accurate and timely delivery of daily NAV calculations in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams to ensure accurate NAV inputs.
• Critically analyse fund movements and act as point of contact for NAV production queries.
• Investigate and close out operational and audit queries with stakeholders.
• Manage daily team operations, including leave and performance.
• Provide feedback for initiatives to support change aligned with firm strategy.
• Escalate items requiring urgent resolution to Management promptly.
