Job summary

Our client in Dublin is seeking a senior associate to join their Asset Management and Investment Funds team. You will advise on the full lifecycle of Irish investment funds, lead day-to-day management of complex fund establishment and regulatory projects, and draft and negotiate fund documentation.

This is a high-profile role that will advise on the full lifecycle of Irish investment funds, lead day to day management of complex fund establishment and regulatory projects, draft and negotiate fund documentation, engage with the Central Bank of Ireland and other industry bodies on behalf of clients, and work closely with partners on strategic client matters, business development initiatives and market leading fund transactions.

The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years PQE in investment funds, asset management or FS regulation, ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines and genuine commercial instinct.
