Job summary

Mason Alexander is partnering with a leading investment manager to expand their Dublin finance function. The successful candidate will take a key leadership role, managing a Fund Accounting team and working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe and the US.

With 10+ years in Fund Accounting or related areas and a Qualified Accountant designation (ACA/ACCA/CPA), you will oversee month-end close, financial reporting and investor statements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience within Fund Accounting, Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments or Financial Services.
• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent).
• Previous experience managing or mentoring teams.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Hedge fund or alternative investment experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Fund Accounting Analysts.
• Oversee the month-end close process, financial reporting and reconciliations across multiple legal entities.
• Review financial statements and investor reporting.
