Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search is helping a Private Equity Fund Administration client in Dublin recruit an Experienced Fund Accounting Supervisor. The role oversees daily fund accounting activities and leads a high-performing team to deliver accurate NAVs.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in fund accounting, strong NAV production knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. You will drive process improvements and support month-end and year-end activities.

Our Private Equity Fund Administration client is seeking to hire an experienced Supervisor for their Fund Accounting team.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Supervising the day-to-day fund accounting function and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of NAVs
• Reviewing NAV calculations, financial statements and fund accounting outputs
• Oversight of cash, positions, income and expense reconciliations
• Reviewing and resolving accounting breaks and discrepancies
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes
• Ensuring adherence to internal controls, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Working closely with internal teams, clients, auditors and other external stakeholders
• Supporting and developing junior members of the team
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong experience within fund accounting, ideally within an asset manager, fund administrator or similar environment
• Previous supervisory or senior-level experience
• Strong knowledge of NAV production and fund accounting processes
• Good understanding of investment funds and financial instruments
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong control mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
