Quest Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of its client for an experienced Fund Accounting Director based in Ireland. The role is fully remote with mandatory Ireland-based work location. You will lead Fund Accounting teams, ensure accurate NAV delivery, and manage key client relationships and regulatory reporting.

The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives, oversee complex accounting matters, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 9+ years' experience in Fund Accounting or Fund Administration, ideally with hedge funds or alternative investments.
• 3+ years in a management or senior leadership role.
• Strong NAV process knowledge and fund accounting principles.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to Fund Accounting teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate NAV delivery across a portfolio of clients.
• Oversee complex accounting matters and regulatory reporting.
• Manage client relationships with auditors, brokers, and advisers.
• Develop and coach teams, ensuring robust controls and processes.
