Job summary

HS Financial Technologies (HSFT) is a global technology and fund administration partner to alternative asset managers. A Fund Accountant will handle NAV tasks, reconciliations, and pricing under supervision, with training including AML/KYC and client-specific instruction.

Key duties include daily NAV production, reconciliations, corporate actions verification, and audit support. The role fits within a client-focused, collaborative team with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Accounting, finance, legal or business degree is required.
• Minimum 2.2 honours degree.
• Pursuit of professional accounting qualification is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily, weekly and monthly NAV production and NAV checklists.
• Perform cash, position and market value reconciliations.
• Identify and investigate break items on reconciliations promptly.
• Escalate fund accounting issues to supervisors.
• Ensure accurate pricing of positions and verify corporate actions.
• Prepare daily P&L reports and review for reasonableness.
• Calculate income and expense accruals including fees.
• Support audit processes and participate in team meetings.
• Collaborate with internal service departments to resolve issues.
