Job summary

CareChoice Swords is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech and Language Therapist to join a compassionate team. You will assess, diagnose, plan and deliver evidence-based therapy to service users, with emphasis on communication and swallowing disorders, in a supportive environment.

Registered with CORU, you will collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues, attend clinics and contribute to care plans. Competitive pay, training opportunities and staff support await.

Qualifications

• Registered with CORU as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Strong clinical knowledge and professional judgement.
• Understanding of Speech and Language Therapy processes and applications.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate speech and swallowing therapy.
• Communicate results to service users and carers.
• Document assessments and treatment plans in line with standards.
• Collaborate with service users, families, carers and staff on goal setting.
• Attend clinics, meetings, and contribute to care packages.
• Maintain confidentiality and CORU guidelines.
