Job summary

Emerald Locums is recruiting a Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join a community-based adult service in Dublin. The role is a full-time 1.0 WTE position working with adults over 18, providing communication and dysphagia assessment and intervention.

The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering services in clinics and clients' homes as required, with a varied adult caseload across community services in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Registered, or eligible for CORU registration.
• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification clinical experience.
• Experience with adult communication and swallowing disorders.
• Dysphagia qualification or IASLT standards.
• Access to a car for community visits.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide a high-quality Speech & Language Therapy service to adults
• Assess and manage a range of communication disorders
• Assess and manage feeding, eating, drinking and swallowing disorders
• Provide services in clinic and clients' homes as required
