• Three years of post-registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyse the effect of illness, disability, injury and inactivity on residents' function.
• Develop and regularly review individual treatment plans for residents.
• Implement interventions to relieve pain and improve mobility and independence.
• Educate residents, families and staff on prevention and management of conditions.
