Job summary

Sodexo Group in Dublin 2 is seeking a full-time Porter to support corporate meetings and events. The role involves setting up rooms, welcoming visitors, and assisting attendees with a professional approach in a busy office environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm with 40 hours per week and earn €15 per hour. Opportunities for career development and access to Sodexo employee benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, events, facilities, or customer service environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to complete manual handling tasks safely.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional porter and event support within a corporate office environment.
• Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of corporate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces to a premium standard, including furniture, equipment, event materials, refreshments, and presentation requirements.
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, employees, and event attendees in a professional and efficient manner.
• Support event room resets and ensure spaces are prepared before, during, and after meetings and events.
